Overview

The report describes Comfort Systems USA's 2022 sustainability performance across people, partners, and planet. It reports a 1.01 TRIR, zero work-related illnesses and no workplace fatalities, alongside expanded DEI and training programs. Energy use rose 11% while energy intensity fell 18%; Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions were 180,734 MT CO2e and 14,480 MT CO2e, respectively. The company also made its first CDP submission, reported under TCFD for the first time, retained UN Global Compact participation, and improved its EcoVadis rating to Silver.
