Overview

The report presents CMS's first ESG commitments report, structured around environmental, social and governance goals. It reports FY24-25 total energy consumption of 6,315 MWh and gross carbon emissions of 1,598 t CO2e, alongside a 74% renewable-electricity commitment. Social highlights include a new headquarters and academy, capacity to train more than 200 engineers annually, and 40 additional apprentices recruited. Governance highlights include 100% supplier compliance with the Suppliers Code of Conduct and 23 certifications renewed, including ISO45001 and ISO14001.
