The report presents CMC's 2020 sustainability performance across its global operations, including 11,297 employees and FY20 net sales of $5,476,486,000. Environmental highlights include 20,798,271 GJ of total energy consumption, 8% renewable energy share, 4,677,544.25 m3 of water consumption and 1,137,060 metric tons of waste and co-products. CMC also established 2030 goals to reduce Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions intensity by 20% from a 2019 baseline, alongside energy and water goals.
