Overview

The report describes the company's response to the financial crisis alongside a dedicated sustainability program covering customers, people, communities and the environment. It reports 169,589 tonnes CO2-e of property and fleet emissions and a 20 per cent reduction target for Australian operations by June 2013 from 2009 levels. The company also joined the World Business Council for Sustainable Development and voluntarily reported its carbon emissions to CDP in May 2009.
