Overview

The report describes the Group's ESG agenda through nine ESG Lending Commitments, renewable-energy financing exposure to more than 180 projects, and a refreshed Corporate Responsibility Strategy. It reports strong people metrics, including 81% employee engagement, 43.2% women in manager-and-above roles and 35.0% in executive-manager-and-above roles. The report also presents domestic CBA environmental metrics and notes a CDP 100% disclosure score with an A band for climate performance.
