Overview

The report presents the company's first CSRD/ESRS sustainability exercise for its reorganized Group, including a consolidated double-materiality assessment and extensive environmental, social and governance disclosures. It reports 2024 energy consumption of 158,878 MWh, a 10% renewable-energy share, and gross Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of 15,571, 9,028/9,521, and 9,400,268 tons CO2eq respectively. The report also discloses a 42% reduction target for Scopes 1 and 2 by 2030 from a 2022 baseline. Workforce reporting covers 3,204 employees, while sustainability governance is overseen at Board level through the Audit Committee and related committees.
