The report describes Michelin's 2017 consolidated performance, with net sales of €21,960 million and a year-end workforce of 114,069 employees. Environmental performance improved materially: the Michelin Environmental Footprint reached 52.7, down 47.3% from 2005, while 15% of the Group's electricity came from renewable sources. The report also records no directly work-related fatalities in 2017 and details broad employee, supplier, human-rights and community programs. PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit provided limited assurance over the consolidated CSR information.
