Overview

The report describes Habitasul's 2023 sustainability initiatives across environmental, social and operational areas. Its second GHG inventory covered operations in Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul and reported 198.45 tons CO2eq, including a 14.64% reduction in indirect emissions. The report also presents 805,247 m3 of water consumption, waste-management initiatives and progress toward Zero Waste. Social highlights include 594 employees, women representing 50% of the workforce, training and safety programs, and community investment through the Transforma Program.
