Overview

The report presents Tawuniya's first sustainability report and introduces a dedicated ESG strategy with objectives, KPIs, initiatives and a roadmap, supported by a materiality assessment and a UN SDG commitment. For 2021, it reports electricity consumption of 6,463,416 kWh and a 14% reduction in electricity consumption per employee. It records 1,712 employees, with 39.5% female representation, and describes initiatives spanning environmental management, workforce inclusion, governance and community support.
