Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is Compass Diversified's first annual sustainability report and describes its foundational ESG framework and data-collection approach. It updated the company's materiality assessment using a double materiality methodology focused on stakeholder impacts and financial opportunities. The report also presents CODI's first consolidated emissions footprint, with all subsidiaries reporting Scope 1 and Scope 2 data. ESG oversight is assigned to the Board, supported by an ESG Committee and ESG Team.
