Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is Compass UOL's first sustainability report covering 2024 and presents its ESG strategy, materiality process and prioritized SDGs. It describes 4,261 Compassers, workforce development through scholarships and training, and a 2024 occupational safety record with no work-related accidents or fatalities. Environmentally, it reports 2024 Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of 0.18, 1.55 and 551.13 tCO2e, alongside 1,141 m3 of water consumption and 2.3 T of total waste. It also reports a CDP score of C and external audit activity for its GHG inventories.
