Overview

The report covers CPV's 2024 operating, environmental, social and governance performance across its low-carbon and renewable businesses. It reports 4,301,004 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions and 3,076 tCO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions, a 25% Scope 1 emissions-intensity reduction goal by 2035, and 5,088,582 m3 of water consumption. CPV also discloses 16.14 tons of hazardous waste, 740 tons of non-hazardous waste, more than 170 employees, and 28% female employee representation. Governance disclosures describe formal Board oversight alongside executive and ESG working-group structures.
