Overview

The report describes the Group's 2017 sustainability management plan across environment, socio-economic balance, quality of service and health and safety. It records the fourth consecutive Green Globe Certificate, implementation of the Hotel Carbon Measurement Initiative methodology, and emissions reported by Scope 1, 2 and 3 shares. The workforce profile reports 3,023 team members across 50 nationalities, with 74% local team members, while Fondation Constance projects reached 270 direct beneficiaries.
