Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes Core Lithium's first spodumene concentrate exports during the Finniss Lithium Project's early production and commissioning phase. It reports the establishment of a Board Sustainability and Risk Committee and the development of a maturing sustainability program informed by material sustainability-related risks. Core also implemented Critical Risk Management and expanded health and safety controls across employees and contractors. Workforce gender diversity increased from 21 per cent to 32 per cent by the end of the financial year.
