Overview

The report presents COSCO SHIPPING Holdings' 2022 sustainability performance across its container shipping and port businesses. It reports greenhouse gas emissions of 20,778,809 tons of CO2 equivalent for container shipping and 587,112 tons of CO2 equivalent for holding terminals, alongside 31,510 Group employees. The Group set 2030 greenhouse gas intensity reduction targets and committed to achieving carbon neutrality before 2060. ESG oversight sits with the Board of Directors, and CECEPAC (HK) provided limited assurance over selected sustainability information.
