Overview

The report presents Cotton On's 2023 impact across climate, responsible materials, ethical sourcing, people and community investment. It reports a further 16% reduction in total carbon emissions and a further 20% reduction in emissions intensity, while resetting carbon-neutral goals for Scopes 1-2 by 2030 and Scope 3 by 2050. Cotton On Foundation fundraising reached $168 million since 2007, supporting education, mental health, environmental and First Nations initiatives. The report also details supply-chain audits, traceability efforts and employee wellbeing programs.
