Overview

The report describes the Group’s 2021 sustainability governance and operating performance across environmental, social and community priorities. It reports 168,860 employees, including 33% women on the Board, and 100% anti-corruption training coverage for directors. Environmental KPIs include 574,314.08 ton of Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions, 692,665.51 '000 kWh of total energy consumption, and 29,881,488.74 m3 of water consumption. The Group also describes a Board-led ESG governance structure and TCFD-referenced climate-risk management.
