Overview

The report describes Coursera's mission-driven 2024 impact across access to education, workforce practices, governance, and environmental sustainability. It reports 168 million registered learners and 350,000 underserved learners reached through social impact programs. Coursera conducted its first materiality assessment, is a certified B Corp, and assigns ultimate sustainability oversight to its Board. For 2024, it reports 221 mtCO2e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions, comprising 71 mtCO2e Scope 1 and 150 mtCO2e Scope 2.
