Overview

The report presents Cousins' 2023 corporate responsibility performance, including its eighth consecutive GRESB Green Star recognition and a 2023 Fitwel building-health award. It reports portfolio-wide energy use of 264,298,843 kWh, Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions, water consumption, and 7,051 mt of waste generated.
