Overview

The report describes COWI's FUTURE-NOW strategy, including its decision to reject new fossil-energy projects and its ambition to direct all turnover toward projects supporting sustainability. It reports 55,113 tCO~2~e of 2022 emissions, a 70-per-cent reduction target by 2030 versus 2008, and a workforce of 7,501 salaried employees. COWI also signed up for the Science Based Targets initiative and classified approximately half of active projects against SDGs 6, 7, 9 and 11.
