Overview

The report presents CPE's 2024 ESG and CSR performance across responsible investment, internal governance and public welfare. It identifies 16 substantive ESG issues and describes the ESG Management Committee as the highest ESG governance body. Operational emissions totaled 301 mtCO2e, comprising 230 mtCO2e of Scope 2 and 71 mtCO2e of Scope 3, while the workforce exceeded 200 employees and women represented more than 30% of the board. The report also documents CPE's responsible-investment screening, portfolio-company ESG practices, and RMB1.06 million of 2024 public-welfare donations.
