Overview

The report describes CRH's record 2005 performance, including sales of €14.4 billion and profit before tax of €1.28 billion. It also presents the Group's first financial statements prepared under IFRS, with 2004 comparatives restated on the same basis. The CSR section sets out Group-wide environmental, health and safety, and social policies, including Board-level review of performance. The report records six employee and three contractor fatalities across CRH operations during the year.
