Overview

The report is Croda's first Corporate Social Responsibility publication and presents a global snapshot of its people, community, environmental, and marketplace activities. It highlights the post-Uniqema Group SHE framework, including a 0.5% improvement in energy efficiency per tonne in 2007. Environmental initiatives include the installation of a 2MW wind turbine at the Hull factory and site-level programmes for reducing energy, water use, waste, and emissions.
