Overview

The report is Cryofocus Medtech's first environmental, social and governance report, covering the Company and its subsidiaries for 2022. It places the Board of Directors as fully responsible for ESG governance and risks, supported by an ESG Working Group. The report identifies 18 major ESG issues, including six of high materiality, nine of moderate materiality and three of general materiality.
