Overview

The report describes CSL's 2012/13 workforce growth to 12,534 employees, US$36.3 million in global community contributions, and continued investment in responsible operations. It reports a 7% increase in total workforce numbers, a global employee survey with 65% participation, and the appointment of a second female director. Environmental disclosures show 1.86 PJ of energy consumption, 176 kilotonnes of GHG emissions, 2.22 GL of water consumption, and 16.96 kilotonnes of waste across the reported manufacturing sites.
