The report combines CSL's financial and non-financial performance in one comprehensive account. It highlights a global workforce of 27,009 employees and 57% female representation, including 44% women on the nine-member Board. For 2019/20, the report presents 3.79 Petajoules of energy consumption, 344 Metric kilotonnes of greenhouse gas emissions, 4.25 Gigalitres of water consumption and 66.75 Metric kilotonnes of waste, alongside US$38.7 million in community contributions and zero fatalities.
