Overview

The report describes DNeX's first Group-wide Sustainability Framework, launched after a year of strengthened sustainability activity and significant acquisitions, including SilTerra and an increased stake in Ping Petroleum. It formalises Board oversight through the Risk, Governance and Sustainability Committee and introduces a four-tier sustainability governance structure. The report also presents the Group's first materiality determination process and a framework linking material issues to ESG themes and selected SDGs. Its central climate ambition is to achieve carbon neutrality by 2040 and net-zero emissions across all sources by 2050.
