Overview

The report describes the Group's 2020 ESG activities across Marketplace, Workplace, Community and Environment, supported by stakeholder engagement and a materiality matrix. It highlights pandemic assistance for all staff, virtual training, health and safety initiatives, digitalisation and community programmes.
