Overview

The report describes the Group's refined ESG roadmap through 2025 across five areas: governance, marketplace, workplace, community and environment. It highlights Board-level accountability for ESG and the establishment of a Green and Sustainable Banking Task Force. For 2021, the Group reported 6,732,697 kWh of total energy consumption, 4,370 tonne CO2e of total GHG emissions and 3,111 employees.
