Overview

The report presents the Group's first annual ESG Report for the year ended 31 March 2017, focused on its Huizhou PCB manufacturing factory and prepared under Appendix 27 of the Listing Rules. It describes an ISO14001-certified environmental management system, monthly energy and water KPIs, recycled water use, waste recycling and pollution controls. Social disclosures cover employment, labour standards, health and safety, training, supply-chain management, product quality and anti-corruption. The report also describes stakeholder sessions to identify the most significant aspects for ESG reporting.
