Overview

The report presents DCB Bank's standalone Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report for FY 2022-23, covering governance, employees, environmental impacts and stakeholder issues. It reports 80,135 GJ of total energy consumption, 454 Metric tonnes of CO2 equivalent of Scope 1 emissions, 16,692 Metric tonnes of CO2 equivalent of Scope 2 emissions, and 140,000 kilolitres of water consumption. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the CSR and ESG Committee of the Board, supported by an ESG Internal Committee. The report also highlights tree planting, rainwater harvesting, waterless urinals, recycling and sustainable-livelihood initiatives.
