Social investment rose to US$28.2 million and benefited 47,800 people; fresh water consumption was 37.9m m3 and energy consumption 17.2m GJ. The report also highlights a 9% carbon-emissions reduction target for 2020 against business-as-usual predictions and independent AA1000AS assurance.
