Overview

The report presents Dechra's 2016 Corporate Social Responsibility activities across people, community, environment, ethics, and health and safety. The employee base grew from 869 to 1,288 following acquisitions, while Phase I of the Group-wide Diamond HR system went live in February 2016. The company also rolled out mandatory anti-bribery and anti-corruption training to relevant employees. Its carbon inventory reported 8,075 tonnes of CO2e for the year, covering Scope 1, Scope 2, and vehicle emissions.
