Overview

The report highlights Delta's third consecutive year of distribution growth, with 90.79 cents per share for the year ended 29 February 2016. It reports a 100-property portfolio valued at R10.09 billion and major acquisitions including the Free State and Redefine portfolios. Sustainability initiatives included regenerative lift systems and approximately 76 000 m2 of lighting refurbishments. Delta also maintained Level 2 B-BBEE status and supported education, women empowerment and enterprise development.
