Overview

The report describes DEMIRE’s first EPRA sustainability report, the establishment of an internal cross-departmental ESG working group and initial efforts to broaden ESG data collection. It reports 79.34 t CO2 of combined Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions for company operations, externally validated and fully offset, while noting that the property portfolio was not yet included. The Group reported 34 employees excluding the Executive Board at year-end. Sustainability work focused on energy efficiency, digital metering, green electricity and employee wellbeing.
