Overview

The report describes DEMIRE's 2024 sustainability activities across its German real estate portfolio and own operations. It highlights the addition of 14 properties to data collection, increasing portfolio data coverage to 76%, alongside continued energy and emissions reductions. DEMIRE also reports that its own Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions were fully offset, achieving carbon-neutral status in 2024. A materiality assessment was carried out in accordance with CSRD stipulations.
