Overview

The report describes Derwent London's accelerated ambition to become net zero carbon in its existing portfolio by 2030, bringing forward its previous 2050 target. It reports SBTi-validated targets, including a 55% per-square-metre reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2027 from a 2013 base year. In 2019, carbon intensity was reduced by 44% against the 2013 baseline and the like-for-like recycling rate reached 76%. Environmental, health and safety, and selected green-finance indicators were independently assured by Deloitte LLP at a reasonable level.
