Overview

The report presents DKR's 2021 sustainability performance under EPRA sBPR, covering its real estate portfolio and headquarters. The 2021 portfolio data show 13,354,435 kWh of electricity, 80,655,512 kWh of fuel, 9,921.8 tCO2 of direct GHG emissions and 16,543.3 tCO2 of indirect GHG emissions. It reports 23,729 m3 of water and 162 t of waste for the portfolio. Social disclosures record seven new hires and no work-related deaths or injuries.
