Overview

The report presents DKR's 2022 sustainability performance for its German retail-property portfolio and administrative operations under the EPRA sBPR framework. In the controlled real-estate portfolio, absolute 2022 electricity and fuel consumption were 12,198 MWh and 19,293 MWh, while direct and indirect emissions were 2,551 tCO2 and 5,287 tCO2. The social table reports no work-related fatalities, injuries, or lost days and 100% performance appraisals; two new employees were hired, including one for ESG topics.
