Overview

The report describes Dexcom's 2021 sustainability activities across employee diversity, environmental management, product stewardship, community engagement, health and safety, and ethics. Its global full-time workforce totaled 6,300, including 3,000 women (48%), while women represented 33% of director-and-above leadership. Dexcom implemented software to track facility ecological footprints and GHG emissions, and its G7 applicator uses 20%+ less plastic than G6. The report also records 550 metric tons of supplies recovered, reused, recycled, or donated.
