Overview

The report provides Dexus's FY25 sustainability data for the year ended 30 June 2025, covering workforce, climate action, resource consumption, waste, supply chain and community performance. Group-managed portfolio energy consumption was 169,479 MWh, water use was 1,696,687 kL and total waste was 21,989 tonnes. Dexus reports 100% renewable electricity, zero net Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions after abatement, and progress against its certified science-based targets. Selected environmental, workforce and safety metrics were independently assured by KPMG.
