The report presents DIGITAL360's first consolidated impact reporting year as a Benefit Company, covering 2022. It structures impact around four common-benefit purposes: digital culture and skills, customer innovation, inclusiveness, and care for people. The B Impact Assessment covered governance, workers, community, environment and customers and produced an overall score of 83.4.
