Overview

The report describes Direct Line Group's 2020 response for customers, employees, communities and the environment. The company established a Community Fund that distributed £3.5m to 250 charities and allocated a further £1.5m for 2021 support. It also reported becoming 100% carbon neutral by offsetting Scope 1, 2 and controlled Scope 3 emissions, while disclosing its first comprehensive TCFD report. The report further presents a materiality assessment and sustainability strategy organized around five pillars.
