Overview

The report describes Diversified Energy's 2022 progress in reducing methane intensity while reporting total Scope 1 emissions of 1,820 thousand MT CO2e and Scope 2 emissions of 59 thousand MT CO2e. It sets a net-zero Scope 1 and 2 GHG target for 2040 and reports 1,582 employees at year end. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board and its Sustainability & Safety Committee, and ISOS Group provided moderate assurance over the Scope 1 and 2 data.
