Overview

The report describes the Group's 2021 ESG performance across governance, people, product quality, supply chain, environment, and community investment. It reports 122,061 employees, 2,066,488 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent from Scope 1 and Scope 2, and 617,523 tons of standard coal in consolidated energy consumption. Environmental goals for 2022 include a 3.8% reduction in carbon dioxide emissions per RMB10,000 of output value from the 2021 base year. ESG oversight is led by the Board of Directors, supported by an ESG Work Committee and ESG Work Groups.
