Overview

The report describes DRC Bank's 2021 ESG approach across green finance, governance, customer protection, employee development and community support. It reports RMB 7.334 billion in green credit and RMB 3 billion in green financial bonds issued in aggregate, with proceeds used for green projects. The Bank's Board of Directors is assigned full responsibility for social responsibility strategy and reporting, while the Group's workforce totaled 7,962 employees. Environmental KPI data is reported for the head office and branches within its jurisdiction rather than as a full Group consolidated environmental inventory.
