Overview

The report presents Downer's FY26 ESG performance across environment, health and safety, people and governance, prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards for 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. It reports 249,017 tCO2-e of Scope 1 and 2 market-based emissions, one fatality and a workforce of 22,812. The report also describes a double materiality assessment and Board-level sustainability oversight, while PwC provided limited assurance over selected metrics.
