Pacific Sustainability Report

Overview

The report covers DuluxGroup's Pacific operations and highlights 2024 progress and challenges across climate, energy, people and communities. Scope 3 emissions reached 1,050 kilotonnes, while total Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions reached 1,084 kilotonnes on a market basis. The workforce comprised 4,256 employees, with women representing 41% of the ANZ business leadership team. Community programs supported more than 300 local organisations, schools and charities during the year.
