Overview

The report describes DPM's 2022 company-wide sustainability performance across its Bulgarian mines, Namibian smelter and exploration activities. Highlights include a 37.5% absolute Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2035, a Net Zero goal by 2050, and approximately 10% reduction achieved in 2022. It reports 47% of consumed water recycled or reused, 2.7 hectares rehabilitated at Ada Tepe, zero industrial wastewater discharge at mine sites, and 2,131 employees. Bureau Veritas provided limited assurance over selected environmental, health and safety, and human resources data.
