Overview

The report presents Dyvig Holdings' 2022 consolidated revenue of DKK 5,394.2 mio. The group reaffirmed support for the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact and continued anti-bribery policy implementation across the group. KOMPAN's Czech production plants were certified to ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and ISO 14001, and its product-footprint calculation was validated by Bureau Veritas. Dyvig Holdings reported three women among six directors, representing 50% of the Board of Directors.
